We stand behind the quality of every product we offer, and if for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — simple, smooth, and stress-free.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is available

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label along with clear instructions on how to send your item back.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care or wellness products

  • Nursing or feeding accessories once unsealed

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final-sale or clearance products

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials (e.g., liquids, sprays)

Want to switch to another product?
Simply return your original item first. Once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you’re located in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation needed.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
